At the start Of the twentieh century, a lot of por families in Britain ate badly. They did a lo of physical work buy they only had meat once or twice a week. The basic British diet was not helathy. People had bread and tea and there were potatoes every day. There was fresh fruit only in the summer. Oreanges and bananas were luxuries and there weren´t any kiwis or avocados. Because of their diet, a lot of people died Young and they were small. The average height for men in the army was only 1.5 metres. A hundred years later we haver very different problems. In britain, there is a lot of food and people live a long time. But a ñpt p fis eat tje wrong food. In our diet there are a lot of crisps, sweets, hamburgers, pizzas and fizzy drinks lide cola. We also consume a lot of meat and dairy products – on average we drink two litres of milk and eat teo eggs a week. But we still do not eat enough fuit or vegetables.

However, only 25%buy sugar-free chewing regularly. 90% of the students clean theri teeth twice a day but only 40% go to the dentist regularly About 75% of students drink a lot of milk. However 100% of the students three or more cans of cola a week. About 50% of students drink a lot of wáter but only 10% buy sugar free drinks. My advice to the class is: Buy sugar free chiwing gum Go to the destist every six months Drink less cola , Reporto write a reprot of toy survey.
